TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment
All prices agreed by Datatrack are, unless otherwise stated, zero rated for the purposes of VAT
The Customer shall pay Datatrack the sum shown on the price list as follows:
Annual Subscription:
- £495.00 per initial geographical area
- £150.00 per additional geographical area
Smaller packages or payment plans other than an annual payment may be considered by Datatrack at its disgression
All Datatrack publications are supplied without guarantee in so far as lead generation, which is wholly dependent on the customer.
All Datatrack invoices shall be paid, when due, in full without any deduction whatsoever.
Cancellation Policy
Datatrack may terminate this agreement if:
- The Customer fails to make payment in accordance with signed contract
- Either party may cancel the contact upto and including 14 days from the signed and dated contract, provided that cancellation is notified to the other party in writing.
Refund Policy
On acceptable receipt of said cancellation Datatrack will refund the subscription within 28 days of receipt of cancellation.

Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other Terms and Conditions including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) the Customer's terms and conditions, and shall be deemed incorporated in any dealings by Datatrack with the Customer.
No person other than an authorized Datatrack employee has the authority to modify or supplement these Terms and Conditions.
The validity, construction and performance of this Contract shall be governed by the Law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction to hear all claims or disputes connected with the Contract.
Data shall be handled and processed in accordance with current Data Protection Legislation.
